Outfit of the Day: Springtime Corals #OOTD

Retro Dress from metrostyle

I chose to wear this beautiful, coral Lace Flutter Sleeve Dress on a sunny day in Florida. I must admit that when I first tried this on I thought it was too much. I thought that the sleeves were too costumey for me. I was feeling bright and bubbly one day so I decided to try it again. I absolutely love it. My boyfriend loves it.

I think it's gorgeous. The color – oh my! It's really the perfect color for spring, but maybe I am biased. I love coral colors. I can pair this with a mint color, turquoise, white, teal, black – there are so many options. I decided to pair this with silver accessories and call it a day.

The sleeves – they are incredible! The sleeves are slit from the elbow down, which is so comfortable. The sleeves are sheer, which adds a nice bit of surprise to the entire look. This style of this retro dress is what really drew me in. It's not so retro that people will look at you funny. As you can see, it's got a lovely modern feel to it.

The dress is really comfortable. It moves nicely and the polyester material is beautiful.  It doesn't hug my curves, but I like the way it falls. I don't wear my dresses tight. I like room to breathe. Another option that I have with this dress is to wear a pretty waist belt. I could even wear it with boots- after Spring and Summer, of course.

As always, metrostyle has impressed me with a dress that's high-quality and more unique than I could find in any department store. Check out my other metrostyle reviews to see what else they have to offer.

Chadwicks wedges

The shoes that I paired with this retro dress are the Stretch Band Espadrille by Boston Design Studio™ from Chadwicks. These are in the color Spiced Coral. Aren't they gorgeous! Right when I tried them on I fell in love. These are honestly my new favorite sandals. I can't help but to love them. The coral color is gorgeous and the wedge – gorgeous.

With a 2¾” wedge, they aren't too tall. I feel very comfortable walking in these. They don't grip my sensitive feet in any strange ways. My only wish is that they were adjustable.

I wore these with this dress because the color is really a perfect match. Yes, the full look is a little matchy-matchy, but I can wear these with so many of my other spring looks. I can turn my capris into something a little more attractive by pairing them with these gorgeous wedges.

I have to mention the quality because I am not used to shoes that are made with this much attention and detail. The straps are placed perfectly and make me feet look – sexy! How beautiful are they? They are more beautiful on than they are in the box. Now that is a good pair of sandals. I want them in every color now.
