Does anyone else have an issue with sleep? My sleeping patterns are a mess. I am sleepy during the day and I am wide awake at night. When I AM sleepy and I lay down to get some rest, I cannot sleep. I am always on the hunt for something that can increase my energy and on the hunt for something that promotes better sleep. I will admit that I was afraid these would make my groggy and/or drowsy. I always fear the worst when trying a new pill/tablet. I took these, with the hopes of getting a much better rest each night. I do not use these daily, so I cannot speak for the cognitive results of these tablets, but I can speak for the sleep quality.
