First impression: I have to admit, I was absolutely terrified to use this product once I received it. I stared at it for a week deciding whether or not I should roll these rows of needles across my face. I pictured my face bleeding and scabbing up (crazy I know). I have never in my life used a product like this before, nor have I seen one. I finally worked up the courage and gave in.
Before: My primary reason for using this was to help with my acne scars. It is something that I am embarrassed and uncomfortable with, so why not give it a shot. The instructions say to roll the derm lightly across your face. I first tried it on my leg to see how it felt. I followed the instructions which tells you to wash your face twice and then to pat dry. Then I finally rolled it across my cheek… bum bum buuuummmm. My face was fine! Hehe. It didn’t bleed or scab or anything crazy like that. It did not feel like I was rubbing needles across my face because it didn’t hurt in any way. It did sting a bit after I rolled it across my forehead because of the tightness of skin there.
After: Afterward I rubbed moisturizer on it, as the directions suggest. After using this for a few weeks, my face looks incredible! It looks brightened and my scars have lightened. It’s amazing! Also, after using it for a while it does not sting. Not only does your face LOOK good after using Skin Secret’s derma roller, it FEELS great. It is smooth and soft.
Final Thoughts: I was so afraid to use this product, but now I wish I had used it immediately. It works wonders on your skin. This is a must have in my household!
Price Vs. Quality: The price is amazing for the quality! I am shocked that it is such a low price!
