I love Summers in Florida. Whether I am inside hiding from the rain or outside enjoying the sun, I just love how fun it is to be in Florida. I’d love to say that my days are spent at Disney or on the beach, but that’s just not realistic. haha. My days are typically spent at home our around my neighborhood. I don’t mind it at all. Backyard BBQs are my favorite! I love the nostalgia, freedom, and peace that comes with backyard barbecues. Living in the country, grilling has always been a way of life for me. That doesn’t mean that it’s easy. When I want a quick and easy meal, I pick up some Tony Roma’s pre-cooked meats!

Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs

I’m sure you’ve heard of the restaurant Tony Roma’s Steakhouse. They are known for their delicious and flavorful meats. Some of you may not know this, but what’s really awesome about Tony Roma’s is that you can buy their pre-cooked meats in stores! Let me just say – their ribs are one of a kind! Seriously, they are tender, juicy, and packed full of flavor. They can be cooked right in your kitchen or on the grill. These ribs will seriously hit the spot and give you the Tony Roma’s fix that you’ve been craving! We threw our Tony Roma’s Baby Back Pork Ribs on the grill to basically just warm them up and give them that delicious charcoal grill flavor. We didn’t have to season them or add sauce to them because they come pre-packaged and full prepared. Don’t they look delicious!?

Do you love pulled pork? There are so many different ways to enjoy Tony Roma’s KC Style Sweet Hickory Pulled Pork. You can eat it alone, on a bun, or in one of Tony Roma’s special recipes, like the one below!

  1. BBQ pork pizza sounds amazing! I’ll have to look for these in my local stores, maybe Walmart will have them? Sadly we don’t have a Tony Roma’s near us but I used to go all the time when I lived in Florida! It would be nice to have their food again. yum!

  2. Oh these are perfect for our family gatherings. Food is always better when made from scratch, but we all live so far away that we hate to waste our time together preparing food.(Puerto Rico, Florida, California) If these are as delicious as you describe, they would be a big hit with my family. No wasted time preparing, seasoning, thawing ribs, just unpack and cook, and we can enjoy the rest of the time together as a family. Thanks for letting me know about these, will definitely check them out for our next family BBQ!

  3. Holy Moley those ribs look fantastic! I never heard of Tony Roma’s restaurants before. I don’t think there are any around us. I checked out the Tony Roma’s website and they carry Tony Roma’s in my local ShopRite and Walmart! Next time I go to the store I am definitely picking up the ribs (and maybe the pulled chicken too)!

  4. We live in a very rural part of NY and we grill on a daily basis. We’ve never tried pizza on the grill before though. This pizza sounds delicious! I’ve heard of Tony Roma but not sure if his products are in our area, but will have to look into that!

  6. I didn’t know that you could buy the precooked meats. That’s good to know. Nothing beats good bbq but it can be a lot of work. The hubs and I just spent the whole day smoking a pork shoulder and making the sauce to go with it. It took a long time but it was well worth the wait. This sounds like a great alternative though in case you don’t have all day

  7. I love Backyard BBQ in summers. Though we are a strict vegetarian but would try your recipe substituting pork with something that we can eat. Thanks for sharing!

  8. Thanks for the pizza recipe. It sounds good, I will keep it in mind if I am ever in Florida. I don’t normally eat pork, I wonder if they do pulled chicken?

  9. My mouth is watering just looking at your pics! I love to grill and have barbeque parties at home during summer but it is not possible to have the time to always prepare food from scratch. These ready to eat options are delicious and so convenient. Time to go shopping!!

  10. Oh my, that recipe sounds really good! I love having precooked foods in the house like this and the ribs sound amazing! We always have really crazy days were getting a meal fixed with everyone’s schedules is tough. This recipe would make all my guys happy and me too with the ease! Thanks!
