I have been waiting for Bridge of Spies to release ever since I watched the first trailer. I tend not to watch too many trailers for movies because I'd hate for the good stuff to be ruined. With Bridge of Spies, the trailer gives me just enough to get my excited, curious, and drawn in. First of all, it's Tom Hanks, people. Does he ever make a bad movie? I personally don't even need to watch a trailer if Tom Hanks or Leonardo DiCaprio are going to main characters. They both seem to choose the very best films to star in. Okay, so Bridge of Spies – suspense, drama, history. Seriously, count me in. We are going to the XL theater to see this one this weekend. Oh and the director is the legendary Steven Spielberg! You really can't miss Bridge of Spies. Go see it in theaters. Take your husband on a date! Get out of this house for this one. It's a must-see. Do I ever steer you wrong? Never. Let me know what you think of it!

In Theaters – 10/16/15

A dramatic thriller set against the backdrop of a series of historic events, “Bridge of Spies” tells the story of James Donovan (Hanks), a Brooklyn lawyer who finds himself thrust into the center of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible task to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot. Screenwriters Matt Charman and Ethan Coen & Joel Coen have woven this remarkable experience in Donovan’s life into a story inspired by true events that captures the essence of a man who risked everything and vividly brings his personal journey to life.
