The BFG is finally going to hit theaters this weekend! If you’ve read the book then you know that the BFG language can be quite… mindboggling. It’s actually what makes me love the book even more. Every time the BFG says something silly, I giggle. But at the same time, it’s easy to feel bad for him because he learned everything he knows himself. So, instead of laughing at the BFG, why not learn his language? If those aren’t enough reasons for you to buy The BFG book right now then I don’t know what to tell you! It’s a must-read and is going on my annual re-read list! I also picked up Roald Dahl’s Matilda and James and The Giant Peach. Those were two of my favorite movies growing up. I had no idea that they were based on the books!
